Terms of sale
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Wander Depot is a trading name of Maris Clinic Limited. We sell accessories and gift items to customers in the United Kingdom. Questions about the seller or an order can be sent to wanderdepot@outlook.com.
Ordering
Adding items to your shopping bag and sending the WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a paid or accepted order. We confirm product availability, delivery eligibility, the final itemised total and the estimated delivery period before requesting payment. Payment is made through a secure Stripe-hosted link. We accept the order by expressly confirming it after payment. If we cannot accept the order, we will return any payment received.
Prices and postage
All displayed prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery to an address we accept within the United Kingdom costs £1.99 per order, including eligible remote regions. Website multi-buy offers are applied to the enquiry and confirmed before payment. Any additional taxes or import charges that would be payable by the customer must be disclosed before payment.
Delivery
Goods are dispatched from China. The estimated time from payment confirmation to delivery is 7–15 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. See our Shipping & delivery policy for further details. Estimates do not remove your statutory remedies if delivery is late or fails.
Cancellation and returns
For most consumer distance purchases, you can cancel within 14 days after the day of delivery; see Returns & cancellations. Customers pay the direct postage cost of change-of-mind returns, as disclosed before ordering. Your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise non-conforming remain unaffected.
Product information
Colours may vary slightly between screens. Mystery-box designs are randomly selected and duplicates may occur if stated on the listing. Keychains are decorative accessories, not toys or exercise equipment unless specifically described otherwise. Check individual listings for relevant safety and suitability information.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer protection law.
