We deliver to eligible addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Orders are dispatched from China. We will confirm that your postcode can be served before sending you a payment link.
Delivery charge
Delivery costs £1.99 per order, regardless of the number of items. There is no additional remote-area delivery surcharge for an address we agree to serve. If our carrier cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you before requesting payment.
Estimated delivery
We aim to deliver within 7–15 business days from payment confirmation. This estimate includes processing and transit. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur because of carriers, customs or peak periods. Please order seasonal gifts early.
How ordering and delivery work
Send your shopping bag to us via WhatsApp. We confirm availability and the final order total, then send a secure Stripe payment link where you provide your delivery address. We dispatch your order after payment and acceptance. Tracking details will be shared when available.
Delivery problems
If your order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit or has not arrived, please contact us. We remain responsible for delivery in accordance with UK consumer law. Your statutory rights, including remedies for late or failed delivery, are not affected by any estimated timeframe.
Import charges
We ship from China. We will confirm before payment whether any import duties or taxes could be payable by the customer. Please do not pay any unexpected carrier or customs request without checking with us first.
