Returns & cancellations
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Your right to cancel
For most goods bought at a distance, you have the right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If your order arrives in separate deliveries, the period usually runs from the day after you receive the last item. You can tell us you wish to cancel by email or WhatsApp using a clear statement; include enough information to identify your order.
You must normally send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. Our UK return address is the registered office of Maris Clinic Limited. Please contact us for the full postal address and return instructions. This does not limit your legal right to cancel.
Return postage and condition
For a change-of-mind cancellation, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Please package items securely. You can inspect goods as you would in a shop, but a deduction may be made for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we refund the relevant item price and, on cancellation of the whole order, the original standard outward delivery charge (up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered). We will reimburse you within 14 days of being told you are cancelling, but we may wait until we receive the returned goods or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without extra refund fees.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us promptly with your order reference and, if helpful, photographs. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including applicable rights to a refund, replacement or repair. We cover reasonable return costs where the law requires us to do so. Our change-of-mind return postage policy does not override those rights.
Exceptions
Some items are excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right, such as goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised and certain sealed hygiene goods once unsealed, where the relevant statutory conditions are satisfied. Any applicable exclusion will be made clear before purchase. These exceptions do not remove your rights in relation to faulty goods.
Cancellation statement
You may use this example: “I wish to cancel my order [reference], placed on [date], received on [date]. My name is [name].” Email it to us or send it by WhatsApp.
